摘　　要：进入21世纪以来,我国结直肠外科发展迅猛,新技术、新设备不断涌现,理念不断革新。我国结直肠外科同道在顺应世界潮流的同时,积极开展和推广普及新技术,开展高质量的临床研究,并在获得高质量循证医学证据的基础上制订相应的结直肠癌外科治疗指南与专家共识。目前我国对于结直肠癌患者的治疗已进入个体化精准微创医疗时代。在这样的时代背景下,笔者对我国近20余年结直肠外科领域进展进行系统回顾,对中国结直肠癌外科治疗的未来进行展望。Since entering the 21st century,colorectal surgery in China has developed rapidly,with new technologies emerging and ideas innovating constantly.While conforming to the world trend,our colorectal surgery colleagues in China have actively carried out and popularized new technologies,conducted relevant high quality researches,and formulated corresponding surgical treatment guidelines and expert consensus for colorectal cancer based on the received evidence-based medical evidences.Nowdays,the treatment of colorectal cancer in China has entered the era of individualized precision minimally invasive medicine.The author makes a systematic review of colorectal surgery development in China in the past two decades,and furthermore prospects the future of colorectal surgery in China.
