摘　　要：在信息化的新时代和本科教学评估的背景下,教学资料作为专业建设和二级学院决策的重要参考依据,实现教学资料的档案化管理极具现实意义。文章建立支持PC的管理信息系统,为学校提高教学管理水平提供决策辅助支持。系统基于PC端,为数据提供了分析和展示的平台。系统代码编写采用IntelliJ IDEA作为开发工具,前端采用HTML5设计页面,后端编程语言选择Java,使用MySQL数据库存储数据信息。In the new era of information technology and the background of undergraduate teaching evaluation, teaching materials as an important reference for professional construction and decision-making of secondary colleges,is a great practical significance to realize the archival management of teaching materials. Through the establishment of multi platform management information system supporting PC, it can provide decision support for the school to improve the level of teaching management. The system is based on PC, which provides a platform for data analysis and display.IntelliJ IDEA is used as the development tool, and HTML5 is used to design the front-end page. Java is used as the back-end programming language. My SQL database is used to store data information.
