摘　　要：综述了GCF2的生物学功能,其通过转录抑制、信号转导及细胞骨架重塑等方式参与细胞增殖、侵袭、转移和耐药等生物学进程,与包括肿瘤在内的多种疾病密切相关;应加强GCF2作为肿瘤诊断和治疗靶点的相关研究,这对于加强人们对肿瘤发病机制的认识及提高肿瘤防治十分有益。The review summarizes the biological functions of GCF2,which participates in a variety of biological processes,including cell proliferation,invasion,metastasis,and drug resistance through regulation of target genes transcription,signal transduction cascades,and cytoskeleton remodeling.GCF2 is closely related to various diseases,including cancer.The research on GCF2 as a target for cancer diagnosis and therapy will enhance the understanding of the pathogenesis of cancer and it is beneficial in the prevention of cancer.
