糖皮质激素眼液治疗流行性角膜结膜炎的临床效果分析

摘　　要：观察糖皮质激素眼液在流行性角膜结膜炎治疗中的应用效果。选取62例流行性角膜结膜炎患者,按照是否应用糖皮质激素眼液治疗将其分为对照组与实验组。对照组未应用糖皮质激素眼液,实验组应用糖皮质激素眼液,比较两组的治疗效果。实验组患者治疗7天后的伪膜治疗总有效率达96.78%,角膜上皮下浸润总有效率达96.78%,均显著高于对照组的67.74%、64.52%(P<0.05)。实验组患者治疗7天后的血眼压略高于对照组,差异不显著(P>0.05)。流行性角膜结膜炎患者采用糖皮质激素眼液的治疗效果显著,患者的眼压不会出现较大波动。The study observes the application effect of glucocorticoid eye fluid on epidemic keratoconjunctivitis.62 patients with epidemic keratoconjunctivitis are selected,and they are divided into control group and experiment group according to whether receiving glucocorticoid eye fluid treatment on epidemic keratoconjunctivitis.Control group doesn’t receive glucocorticoid eye fluid treatment,and experiment group receive glucocorticoid eye fluid treatment.The curative effect of two groups is compared.After 7 days of treatment,the total effective rate of pseudomembrane treatment and subepithelial infiltration of the cornea in experiment group are 96.78%and 96.78%,which are significantly higher than 67.74%and 64.52%in control group(P<0.05).And intraocular pressure of experiment group is slightly higher than control group,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Clinical effect of glucocorticoid eye fluid on epidemic keratoconjunctivitis is significant,and the eye pressure of the patients doesn’t change greatly.
