大数据时代中小企业信息化管理模式研究

摘　　要：为实现大数据时代的中小企业信息化管理建设,构建符合其发展的信息化管理模式,指出了中小企业信息化建设中存在的问题,包括缺少准确的认识,投入力度不足,缺乏完善的管理制度,缺乏信息化资源,相关人员专业程度较低等。提出了大数据时代中小企业信息化管理策略:优化企业大数据基础平台建设,促进企业信息系统规范和整合,创设完善的信息数据网络体系,改进中小企业信息化管理系统,提高认识,加强部门之间的协作,以大数据环境为支撑,为信息化管理建设制定明确目标和方向,不断强化企业信息化建设管理,提升企业竞争力。In order to achieve the construction of information management of small and medium-sized enterprises in the big data era,construct the information management model according to its development,the study points out the problems of information construction in small and medium-sized enterprises,including lack of accurate consciousness,investment,perfect management system and information resource,and the low professional degree of related staff.The strategies of information management system in the big data era are proposed,i.e.to optimize the construction of enterprise big data basic platform,promote the regulation and integration of the enterprise information system,establish perfect information data network system,improve the information management system of small and medium-sized enterprises,improve consciousness,promote the cooperation among departments,clarify target and orientation of information management construction formulation,continuously improve the enterprise information construction management,and improve enterprise competition ability.
