摘  要:目的 制定眼科医院手术室护士绩效考核体系,分析其实际应用效果。方法 运用总体量化考核计算方法,建立以岗位拓展模型和KPI 主基二元模式为基础的绩效考核体系并将此体系应用于临床实践。结果 手术室护士绩效考核体系实施后,眼科医院的手术护理质量有所提升(p<0.001);护士满意度提高(p<0.001);手术室护士的临床工作评价提升(p<0.001)。结论 眼科医院手术室护士绩效考核体系实施可增加护士对于手术护理知识的掌握度,提高手术室护士的满意度,激发护士工作的积极性和责任感,提高手术室护理管理水平。Objective To formulate a performance appraisal system for nurses in operating room of ophthalmology hospital andanalyze its practical application effect. Methods Using the overall quantitative assessment calculation method, a performanceappraisal system based on the post expansion model and the KPI main base binary model was established and applied toclinical practice. Results After the implementation of this performance appraisal system, the quality of surgical nursing inthe ophthalmology hospital was improved (p<0.001). The nurses' satisfaction was improved (p<0.001). The clinical workevaluation of the operating room nurses was improved (p<0.001). Conclusion The implementation of the performanceappraisal system for nurses in operating room of ophthalmology hospital can increase nurses' surgical nursing knowledge,improve their satisfaction, stimulate their enthusiasm and sense of responsibility, and improve the operating room nursingmanagement level.
