摘 要:简要分析了HIsmelt工艺冶炼钒钛磁铁矿的可行性,重点对HIsmelt工艺冶炼钒钛磁铁矿工业试验进行了阐述。工业试验结果表明:①配加钒钛磁铁矿比例≤70%冶炼时,SRV炉基本保持稳定,但能否长期经济冶炼有待验证;②随着钒钛磁铁矿比例的增加,小时喷矿量降低,燃料比升高约35%,生产成本较普通矿提高20%;③试验期间的铁水成分与普通矿冶铁水成分基本接近,铁水[V]为0.01%~0.06%,[Ti]<0.006%,钒钛磁铁矿中的V、Ti元素基本进入渣中。It is briefly analyzed the feasibility of adopting HIsmelt process for smelting vanadium-titanium magnetite,followed by an expatiation of a commercial test of said process.The test results show that:(1)When vanadium-titanium magnetite in the charge accounts for W70%,the SRV.almost can remain stable,but it is still need to verify if such a stability can keep for a long time;(2)As the percentage of vanadium-titanium magnetite increases and the amount of iron ore injected decreases,the fuel rate increases by 35%approximately,and the production cost is 20% higher than that using common iron ores;(3)During the test,the HM composition while smelting with vanadium-titanium magnetite is similar to that smelting with common ores,[V]is 0.01%~0.06%and[Ti]<0.006%,and both of them in the iron ore are trapped in the slag.
