摘　　要：目的探讨膀胱癌膀胱全切原位回肠新膀胱术患者自我护理能力与社会支持状况的相关性。方法将99例行膀胱全切原位回肠新膀胱术的膀胱癌患者按照自我护理能力量表评分分为自护能力低下组与自护能力良好组,比较两组一般资料及社会支持量表评分,分析患者自护能力及社会支持状况的相关性。结果入组患者自护能力低下48例,自护能力良好51例,不同自护能力患者一般资料比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),自护能力良好组社会支持量表评分显著高于自护能力低下组(P<0.01),膀胱全切原位回肠新膀胱术患者自护能力与社会支持状况呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论膀胱癌膀胱全切原位回肠新膀胱术患者的自我护理能力与社会支持状况呈显著正相关,社会支持水平越高,自我护理能力越好。Objective To investigate the correlation between self-care ability and social support status in patients with bladder cancer undergoing ileal orthotopic neobladder after radical cystectomy.Methods A total of 99 patients with bladder cancer who underwent ileal orthotopic neobladder after radical cystectomy were divided into low self-care ability group and good self-care ability group according to the exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA) score.Results Of patients in both groups,48 patients had low self-care ability and 51 patients had good self-care ability.There was no statistically significant difference in general data of patients with different self-care ability(P>0.05).The score of social support rate scale(SSRS) in good self-care ability group was significantly higher than that in low self-care ability group(P < 0.01).There was a significant positive correlation between self-care ability and social support in patients undergoing ileal orthotopic neobladder after radical cystectomy(P <0.01).Conclusions The self-care ability of bladder cancer patients undergoing ileal orthotopic neobladder after radical cystectomy is significantly positively correlated with social support status.The higher the level of social support,the better the self-care ability.
