摘　　要：针对目前国内袋栽猴头菇(Hericium erinaceus)常用的生产栽培袋规格和方法进行对比试验,通过对比生产周期、商品菇性状、子实体生物学效率、生产成本和利润,综合比较之后得出采用长袋制作菌棒法栽培猴头菇生产效率和收益更高。In this paper, the specifications and methods of cultivation bags for Hericium erinaceus in China were compared. The production cycle, commercial mushroom characters, biological efficiency of fruit body, production cost and profit were compared. It is concluded that the production efficiency and income of H. erinaceus cultivated by the method of long bag making rod is higher.
