摘 要:针对茶树菇(Agrocybe aegerita)栽培基质原材料棉籽壳成本较高的问题,利用玉米芯替代部分棉籽壳,开展了栽培基质优化试验,通过发菌情况、现蕾情况、菌丝长势、成品率、商品性状、产量和经济效益等指标进行综合分析,筛选出的最优栽培基质配方为棉籽壳45%、玉米芯(<10 mm) 40%、麦麸13%、石灰2%。通过最适条件筛选,以提高北京地区茶树菇的栽培效益。As raw material for the cultivation of Agrocybe aegerita, the cost of cottonseed hulls is much higher. In order to improve the economic benefit of A. aegerita cultivation in Beijing, the corn cob was used to replace part of the cotton seed hulls and a research on the optimization of the cultivation substrate formula was performed. Through a comprehensive analysis of the growth of A. aegerita, budding situation, mycelium growth, finished product rate, commodity traits, productivity and economic benefits, etc. The optimal cultivation substrate formula is cottonseed hulls 45%, corn cob(<10 mm) 40%, wheat bran 13% and lime 2%. Through screening the most suitable conditions, the cultivation efficiency of A. aegerita in Beijing area can be improved.
