中国共产党领导下的劳动关系治理百年历程--基于复杂系统视角的研究

摘　　要：归纳百年来中国共产党通过领导劳动关系治理促进经济崛起和社会稳定的“中国实践”,提炼百年来中国共产党建立中国特色劳动关系系统的“中国智慧”,总结百年来中国共产党领导下的中国特色劳动关系治理的“中国道路”,能够更好地验证中国共产党为中国人民谋幸福的初心和使命。本研究基于复杂系统视角,回顾了中国共产党领导下的百年劳动关系系统迭代与升级。研究发现:党对劳动关系治理的领导,是党作为工人阶级先锋队的先进性所决定的;党领导下的劳动关系系统,是开拓创新、与时俱进的系统,是协调矛盾、寻求最大共识的系统;党对于劳动关系治理的领导是通过不断揭示劳动关系系统结构,进而认识系统的存在方式、功能特性和运动规律实现的。By summarizing the"Chinese practice"of the century-old CPC-led labor relations governance to promote economic rise and social stability,extracting the"Chinese wisdom"of the century-old CPC's establishment of the labor relation system with Chinese characteristics,and summing up the"Chinese path"of the century-old CPC-led governance of labor relations with Chinese characteristics,it is possible to better verify the original aspiration and mission of the CPC to seek happiness for the Chinese people.Based on the perspective of complex system,the current study reviews the iteration and upgrading of the century-old labor relations system under the leadership of the CPC.The study concludes that the CPC's leadership over the governance of labor relations is determined by its advanced nature as a pioneering team of the working class;the labor relations system under the leadership of the CPC is a system of pioneering innovation and progress with the times,and a system of coordinating contradictions and seeking the greatest consensus;and the CPC's leadership over the governance of labor relations is realized by constantly revealing the structure of the labor relation system,and then understanding the system's mode of existence,functional characteristics,and the law of movement.
