摘 要:传统点焊钳加压模块多使用气动加压、液动加压和脚踏式加压,存在压力不稳定、噪音大、自动化程度低等缺点。电源模块多使用次级整流电源、三相低频电源和单相工频电源,存在功率因素低、对网路冲击大、模块体积大等缺点。本文设计的伺服点焊钳针对以上问题,采用STM32单片机作为控制核心,加压模块采用伺服电机产生扭矩,电源模块采用三相逆变电源,提高了焊接的质量。此外还设计了友好的人机界面,提高了焊钳的智能化和焊接效率。The traditional spot welding clamp pressurization module mostly uses pneumatic pressurization,hydraulic pressurization and pedal pressurization,which has the disadvantages of unstable pressure;high noise and low degree of automation.The power module mostly uses secondary rectifier power supply,three-phase low-frequency power supply and single-phase power frequency power supply,which has the disadvantages of low power factor,large impact on the network,large module volume and so on.Aiming at the above problems;the servo spot welding clamp designed in this paper uses STM32 single chip microcomputer as the control core,the pressurization module uses servo motor to produce torque〉and the power module uses three-phase inverter to improve the welding quality.In addition,a friendly man-machine interface is designed to improve the intelligence and welding efficiency of welding tongs.
