国外艺术档案管理的特征与启示

摘　　要：艺术档案管理对于保存珍贵文化遗产、传承艺术技艺具有重要意义。文章采用文献研究法、网络调查法和政策分析法,以美国、英国、法国、德国、加拿大、意大利、澳大利亚、波兰、新西兰、葡萄牙、日本、斯洛伐克等12个国家为调研对象,对其艺术档案管理典型案例、政策文本进行解读,分析得出国外艺术档案管理具有顶层设计自成体系、多层次协同合作、管理风格独具特色、利用服务极具匠心、信息技术深度融合等5个特征,并结合我国艺术档案管理现状,提出构建艺术档案管理体系、建立健全协同创新机制、提升艺术档案管理理念、创新档案利用服务方式、充分应用互联网新技术等5条启示建议。Art archives management is of great significance for preserving precious cultural heritage and inheriting art skills. Using the methods of literature research, network investigation and policy analysis, this paper interprets the typical cases and policy texts of art archives management in 12 countries such as the United States, Britain, France, Germany, Canada, Italy, Australia, Poland, New Zealand, Portugal, Japan and Slovakia, It is concluded that foreign art archives management has seven characteristics: top-level design, self-contained system, multi-level cooperation, unique management style, great ingenuity in utilization service,deep integration of information technology, excellent professional quality of archivists and remarkable international communication results. Combined with the current situation of art archives management in China, this paper puts forward seven enlightenment suggestions, such as constructing art archives management system, establishing and perfecting collaborative innovation mechanism, improving art archives management concept, innovating archives utilization service mode, making full use of new Internet technology, optimizing the construction of management talent team, and enhancing international communication and influence.
