摘 要:纯化水系统主要工艺是采用双级反渗透和EDI结合系统。整套制水设备采用PLC控制主要阀门启闭、液位、电导率、压力和超限报警等,自动控制制水、储存和分配的整个过程,并且可以在触摸屏上显示。本文将从纯化水系统的预处理、制备、储存与分配的工艺流程,纯化水的用途、满足生物制药相关质量标准、法规要求以及通过各监控参数的反馈对各阀门进行控制,从而达到生产合格水的目的信息自动化管理进行介绍,分析纯化水处理与应用,为生物制药企业进一步加强纯化水系统管理提供了参考。The main process of the purified water system is a two-stage reverse osmosis and EDI combined system. The whole set of water production equipment adopts PLC to control the opening and closing of main valves, liquid level, conductivity, pressure and over-limit alarm, etc., and automatically controls the whole process of water production, storage and distribution, and can be displayed on the touch screen. In this paper, the process flow of pretreatment, preparation,storage and distribution of purified water system, the use of purified water, meeting relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements of biopharmaceuticals,and controlling each valve through the feedback of various monitoring parameters, so as to achieve qualified production The purpose of water information automation management is introduced, and the treatment and application of purified water are analyzed, which provides a reference for biopharmaceutical enterprises to further strengthen the management of purified water systems.
