摘 要:黄酮类化合物是一类广泛分布于植物、水果和蔬菜中的化学物质,其具有各种药理活性和生物活性效应,已被广泛的用于发酵和制药工业。口服后,黄酮类化合物可被肠道细菌代谢成各种低分子量的酚酸。肠道菌群是人体健康和疾病的关键调节因子,随着病原体和植物化学物质等各种刺激,肠道菌群的动态平衡和稳定的菌落结构会发生变化。本文综述了黄酮类化合物的各种提取方法,并且分析了各种黄酮类化合物(黄酮类、异黄酮类、黄酮醇类、黄烷酮、花青素类)在肠道中对肠道细菌如何发挥作用,进而影响人体肠道的健康情况。旨在为阐明黄酮类化合物影响肠道微生物的机制提供一定的理论参考。Flavonoids are a kind of chemical substances widely distributed in plants, fruits and vegetables. They have various pharmacological and biological activities and have been widely used in fermentation and pharmaceutical industry. After oral administration, flavonoids can be metabolized by intestinal bacteria into various phenolic acids of low molecular weight. Intestinal flora is a key regulator of human health and disease, and its dynamic balance and stable colony structure can change with various stimuli such as pathogens and phytochemicals. This paper reviewed the extraction methods of flavonoids, and analyzed how various flavonoids(flavonoids, isoflavones, flavonols, flavanones, anthocyanins) play a role in intestinal bacteria, and then affect the health of human intestinal tract. The aim is to provide a theoretical reference for elucidating the mechanism of flavonoids affecting intestinal microorganisms.
