摘　　要：近些年来,各种新型免疫抑制类药剂不断地被研究开发和推广应用,使得临床医师们因此有了更大的研究空间,甲磺酸阿帕替尼也应运而生。甲磺酸阿帕替尼是一种新新型靶向药物,它适用于治疗胆囊癌等外科疾病,可用来研究探索新的靶向药物治疗方案,达到更好的靶向药物治疗效果,提高胆囊癌患者的治疗存活率。甲磺酸阿帕替尼作为一种靶向药物,实际临床应用中对胃癌、肝癌、肺癌、乳腺癌、卵巢癌等恶性肿瘤具有良好的抗癌活性,但其针对不同恶性实体瘤的潜在作用机制尚未明确,且血药浓度监测及基因位点研究甚少。本文从作用机制和应用方面对甲磺酸阿帕替尼进行了概述,并阐述了甲磺酸阿帕替尼的合成研究进展,为国内相关医学家提供参考。In recent years, a variety of new immunosuppressive agents have been developed and promoted, so that clinicians have a larger research space,apatinib mesylate also emerged. Apatinib mesylate is a new targeted drug, which is suitable for the treatment of gallbladder cancer and other surgical diseases. It can be used to study and explore new targeted drug therapy programs to achieve better targeted drug therapy effect and improve the survival rate of patients with gallbladder cancer. Mesylate path for he is our self-developed small molecule targeted oral anti-angiogenesis drugs, in the actual clinical application of gastric cancer,liver cancer, lung cancer, breast cancer, ovarian cancer and other malignant tumor with good antitumor activity, but its pote ntial for different malignant solid tumor mechanism is not yet clear, and the blood drug concentration monitoring and gene loci. In this paper, the mechanism of action and application of apatinib mesylate were summarized, and the research progress of apatinib mesylate synthesis was described, which could provide reference for domestic medical scientists.
