摘  要:为提高木结构梁柱材的加工精度,提升生产机床的加工性能,以MXK3120单端铣机床为研究对象,对机床整体进行综合误差建模,对其铣削主轴进行静态特性的多目标优化分析;通过对单端铣机床加工木梁柱材过程进行工艺分析和几何误差描述,建立了有无误差情况下的单端铣机床各运动轴间的变换矩阵,推导出单端铣机床加工精度的综合误差模型;运用有限元分析软件(ANSYS)对机床的铣削主轴结构参数进行响应面优化,对其静态性能、动态性能进行仿真分析,对比新建综合误差模型与原模型的差异。结果表明:铣削主轴具有良好的运动特性,能够满足MXK3120单端铣机床的工艺要求,且铣削主轴静态性能得到了显著提高。In order to improve the machining accuracy of wood structure beam and column material and enhance the machining performance of the production machine,the MXK3120 single-end milling machine was used as the research object to model the comprehensive error of the machine as a whole and perform the multi-objective optimization analysis of the static characteristics of its milling spindle;through the process analysis and geometric error description of the process of machining wood beam and column material by the single-end milling machine,the kinematic transformation matrix of each motion of the single-end milling machine with and without error was established.The transformation matrix between the axes of the single-end milling machine with and without errors was established to derive a comprehensive error model for the machining accuracy of the single-end milling machine;the response surface optimization of the structural parameters of the milling spindle of the machine was carried out by the finite element analysis software(ANSYS),and the static and dynamic performance was simulated and analyzed to compare the differences between the new comprehensive error model and the original model.The milling spindle has good motion characteristics and can meet the process requirements of MXK3120 single-end milling machine,and the static performance of the milling spindle has been significantly improved.
