摘　　要：With advancements in surgical techniques,locoregional therapy and systemic therapy,patients suffering from colorectal cancer with liver metastasis now have numerous therapeutic options for local and systemic disease control.Complete resection of the primary cancer and all metastases remains the primary objective,offering patients the best chance for long-term survival.
