摘　　要：目的:探讨麻仁软胶囊对精神分裂症患者便秘情况的改善作用及对胃肠动力的影响。方法:选取2019年2月-2021年4月北京市东城区精神卫生保健院收治的80例精神分裂症并发便秘患者为研究对象,将其根据随机数字表法分为对照组(40例,采用酚酞片治疗)和观察组(40例,采用麻仁软胶囊治疗)。比较两组的临床总有效率、治疗前后的症状体征积分、结肠分段通过时间及胃肠激素水平。结果:治疗4周后,观察组的临床总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的症状体征积分、结肠分段通过时间及胃肠激素水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2、4周后,观察组的症状体征积分低于对照组,结肠分段通过时间短于对照组,胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(GAS)及血管活性肠肽(VIP)水平显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:麻仁软胶囊对精神分裂症患者便秘情况的改善作用较好,且对胃肠动力的影响更为积极,应用价值高。Objective:To explore the improvement role of Maren Soft Capsule for constipation situation in patients with schizophrenia and influence for gastrointestinal motility.Method:A total of 80 patients with schizophrenia complicated with constipation treated in Beijing Dongcheng District Mental Health Care Hospital from February 2019 to April 2021 were chosen as the research objects,and they were divided into control group(40 cases,treated with Phenolphthalein Tablet)and observation group(40 cases,treated with Maren Soft Capsule)according to the method of random number table.The total clinical effective rate,the scores of symptoms and signs before and after treatment,the passage time of colon segments and gastrointestinal hormone levels were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group after 4 weeks of treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group,there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The scores of symptoms and signs,passage time of colon segments and gastrointestinal hormone levels of the two groups before the treatment were compared,there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of symptoms and signs in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the passage time of colon segments were shorter than those in the control group,and the levels of motilin(MTL),gastrin(GAS)and vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)were significantly higher than those in the control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The improvement role of Maren Soft Capsule for constipation situation in patients with schizophrenia is better,and its influence for the gastrointestinal motility is more active,so its application value is high.
