摘 要:以大麦H602和Golden Promise构建的134株重组自交系为材料,利用构建的高密度分子遗传图谱,对2个生长周期的籽粒直链淀粉含量和支链淀粉含量及总淀粉含量进行QTL定位分析.共检测到8个与淀粉含量相关的QTL位点.其中,直链淀粉含量相关QTL有2个,均位于染色体7H上,贡献率分别为8.52%和7.83%;支链淀粉含量相关QTL有3个,位于染色体2H和7H上,贡献率分别为15.53%、16.40%和12.71%;总淀粉含量相关QTL有3个,位于染色体2H和7H上,贡献率分别为24.05%、24.02%和12.79%.该结果为大麦品质育种提供了遗传基础.A total of 134 recombinant inbred lines(RILs)constructed by barley varieties H602 and Golden Promise were used as experimental materials,and the constructed high-density molecular genetic map was used to conduct QTL mapping analysis on amylose,amylopectin and total starch content in grains at two growth stages.Eight QTLs for starch content were detected.Among them,two QTLs related to amylose content were located on chromosome 7H,explaining 8.52%and 7.83%of the phenotypic variances,respectively.Three QTLs related to amylopectin content were located on chromosomes 2H and 7H,accounting for 15.53%,16.40%and 12.71%of the phenotypic variances,respectively.Three QTLs related to total starch content were located on chromosomes 2H and 7H,with 24.05%,24.02%and 12.79%of the variances,respectively.The results provide a genetic basis for barley quality breeding.
