摘  要:探讨中等强度和大强度热身对120 s大强度运动时输出功率的影响.13名男大学生分别完成:无热身运动(对照组)、10 min 40%VO_(2peak)热身(中等强度组)、5 min 80%VO_(2peak)热身(大强度组),再进行120 s的大强度运动,包括90 s恒定功率(110%VO_(2peak))的蹬车和30 s全力冲刺,在热身前及运动后测试血液乳酸浓度.与对照组相比,中等强度、大强度热身均提高冲刺期间的峰值功率、平均功率、最小功率.大强度组峰值功率显著高于中等强度组(P<0.05).恢复期间,大强度组和中等强度组的摄氧量(VO_(2))均显著高于对照组,且大强度组显著高于中等强度组.恒定功率阶段,大强度组的VO_(2)显著高于中等强度组和对照组.冲刺阶段,大强度组和中等强度组的VO_(2)均显著高于对照组,但两组间差异无统计学意义(P<0.05).热身后,大强度组血乳酸浓度显著高于中等强度组和对照组(P<0.05).中等强度和大强度热身可以改善冲刺表现,大强度热身效果更为显著.To explore the effect of moderate-and high-intensity warm-up on output power during 120 s of high-intensity exercise were investigated.Thirteen male college students performed warm-up exercise of different intensities,including no warm-up group(control group,CG),10 min of 40%VO_(2peak) warm-up group(moderate-intensity group,MG)and 5 min of 80%VO_(2peak) warm-up(high-intensity group,HG).The student performed pedaling exercises for 120 s,including pedaling 90 s with constant load(110%VO_(2peak) intensity)and 30 s of full sprint.The blood lactate concentration was measured before warm-up and after exercise.Compared with CG group,the peak,average and minimum power were improved during sprinting in MG and HG.The peak power in HG was significantly higher than that in MG(P<0.05).During the recovery period,VO_(2) in both of HG and MG were significantly higher than that in CG.Additionally,power index in HG was significantly higher than that in MG.During the constant load power phase,VO_(2) of HG was significantly higher than MG and CG.In the sprint stage,VO_(2) was significantly higher in HG and MG than in CG,but there was no significant difference between HG and MG.After warm-up,blood lactate concentration in HG was significantly higher than that in MG and CG(P<0.05).Thus,high-and moderate-intensity warm-up exercise were capable of improving sprint performance.Furthermore,it should be emphasized that high-intensity warm-up effect was more pronounced.
