传统与现代交织,局内与局外联通——国家艺术基金项目“刀郎木卡姆艺术人才培养”的实践反思

摘  要:2018年,喀什大学立项了国家艺术基金项目“刀郎木卡姆艺术人才培养”。在60天的时间里培养了29名面向各层面的新时代刀郎木卡姆表演、传承、推广与研究人才。该项目在培养对象上致力于完善以团队为基础的“表演生态链”,在价值理念上坦然面对以现实为基础的“传统的发明”,在培养方法上汲取以传统为基础的“民间教育学”。在具体的培养实践中将田野与课堂、麦西莱甫与专业舞台、民间艺人与专家学者、文本谱传与口传心授、刀郎人与非刀郎人等多重“局内”与“局外”要素进行了联通。现代与传统的联通,让刀郎木卡姆的传承发生在真实的时空语境中,从而孕育出新的传承传统。In 2018,the“Daolang Muqam Art Talent Training”declared by Kashi University was approved by the National Art Fund.In 60 days,29 talents in the performance,inheritance,promotion and research of daolang Muqam in the new era have been trained at all levels.The program is committed to improving the team based“ecological chain of performance”in terms of training objects,calmly facing the reality-based“traditional invention”in terms of values,and absorbing the tradition-based“folk pedagogy”in terms of training methods.In the specific training practice,the project team connected multiple“inside”and“outside”elements,such as folk field and school classroom,Meshrep and professional stage,folk artists and scholars,text teaching and oral teaching,daolang people and non-Daolang people.The connection between modernity and tradition makes the inheritance of Daolang Muqam staged in the real context of time and space,thus giving birth to a new tradition of inheritance.
