六气“标本中气”学说中“中气”之管见

摘　　要：六气“标本中气”学说源于《内经》,是中医气化学说的重要内容之一,也是中医治病求本要遵循的重要理论原则。六气“标本中气”学说的意义在于指导医生治病要辨标本、明标本、求标本,从而治病求本。分析认为:“中气”是天地之气的通道(天地之中气);“中气”是天地之气与人体之气的通道(天地人之中气);“中气”是人体之气的通道即脾胃之中气。在疾病的病变过程中,病证的阴阳性质的变化遵循六气“标本中气”之“中气”的变化而变化,因此把握住六气“标本中气”之“中气”的变化,就可以把握住疾病传变的规律,从而达到治病求本的目的。Six Qi“Biao Ben Zhong Qi”originated from the Inner Canon of Huangdi,which is one of the important contents of the Qi transformation theory in TCM,and it is also the important principle of searching for the primary cause of disease in treatment.The significance of the theory of“Biao Ben Zhong Qi”is to guide doctors to distinguish,clarify and seek root,so as to treat diseases.The author believes that“Zhongqi”is the channel of the Qi of heaven and earth(the Zhongqi of heaven and earth);“Zhongqi”is the channel between the Qi of heaven and earth and the Qi of human body(the Zhongqi of heaven,earth and man);“Zhongqi”is the channel of the Qi of the human body,that is,the Zhongqi of the spleen and stomach.In the pathological process of the disease,the change of the Yin-yang nature of the disease syndrome follows the change of the“Zhongqi”of the six Qi“Biao Ben Zhong Qi”.Therefore,if we grasp the change of the“Zhongqi”of the six Qi“Biao Ben Zhong Qi”,we can grasp the law of disease transmission,so as to achieve the purpose of treating the disease.
