摘 要:本研究基于需求分析模型设计问卷,实施一项初中生英语作业需求调查。结果发现:各年级学生在语法和文化知识,以及口语和写作技能上相对欠缺,且都存在阅读量不足的问题;学生英语成绩与倾向的作业类型相关性不高,但整体上看,成绩越好的学生,对作业总体倾向程度越高;师生在课外自主学习时间上存在分歧;学生对作业创意性的满意度最低,且随着年级升高,学生对作业的总体满意度呈下降趋势。根据调查结果,本研究为初中英语教师设计减负增效的作业提出建议:(1)理解输入促进表达输出,以培养学生综合素质;(2)提高分层作业设计能力,以满足各层次学生需求;(3)增强学生自主学习意识,以突出学生主体地位。This study applies a questionnaire based on needs analysis model to investigate the demands for English homework among middle school students.The result shows that students of three grades relatively lack grammar and cultural knowledge,as well as speaking and writing skills,and they all had a problem of insufficient reading;the correlation between students'English scores and the types of homework they tend to do is not high,but overall,students with higher scores are much more inclined to these types of homework;there are divergences between teachers and students in extracurricular independent learning time;students have the lowest satisfaction with the innovation of homework,and as the grade increases,the overall satisfaction of students with homework decreases.According to the above findings,the authors give three suggestions:Teachers should connect input and output to cultivate students'core competencies;improve the ability of designing multi-layered homework to meet the needs of students at all levels;enhance students'awareness of independent learning to highlight students'main position.
