摘 要:国家的中长期经济发展战略中提出了对智慧城市的要求,尤其是新型智慧城市将成为未来城市建设和提升人民满意度的重要途径。作为智慧城市中的重要组成部分的智能网联汽车,将有效支撑智慧城市的建设。二者融合发展,以车路协同、互联互通为先导抓手,推进智能交通等民生服务,同时推进城市规划等领域的智慧化。采用示范/试点工程形式,实践与规划结合,规范建设、鼓励创新。本文通过清华大学团队的两个案例:云链融合技术构建的国家级智能网联汽车数据综合服务平台和厦门城市公交综合智慧决策系统落地实践,给出了一条理论联系实际螺旋迭代升级提升人民满意度的智能网联汽车与智慧城市融合发展之路。Our country’s medium and long-term economic development strategy puts forward the requirements for smart cities.In particular,new smart cities will become an important way for future city construction and improvement of people’s satisfaction.As an important part of smart cities,intelligent networked vehicles will effectively support the construction of smart cities.The two are developed in an integrated way,with vehicle-road coordination and interconnection as the forerunner,to promote intelligent transportation and other livelihood services,and at the same time to promote the intelligence of urban planning and other fields,which will adopt the form of demonstration/pilot projects,combine practice and planning,standardize construction and encourage innovation.Based on the two cases of the Tsinghua University team:the implementation of the national intelligent networked vehicle data integrated service platform constructed by cloud block-chain fusion mechanism technology and the implementation of the comprehensive intelligent decision-making system for urban public transport in Xiamen,this paper gives a theory and practice combined road of coordinated development of intelligent networked vehicles and smart cities,spirally and iteratively improving people’s satisfaction.
