摘　　要：随着时代发展,脑力工作逐渐增多,而脑力工作办公大多都是在坐姿中度过的,如何让人们在这个"坐"的过程中既身心愉悦、又能养生,这个话题必将成为人们关注的交点。本文通过对传统的养生家具案例以及现代办公家具案例的分析,结合人机工程学、养生理论和养生家具结构等相关理论,归纳出办公养生家具的原则、思路及方法。最后在创新设计实践中,将保留办公椅所原有的办公性能;在人体工程学的基础上,将在办公椅中加入养生促进健康康复的功能,形成符合现代背景下全新的办公形态。With the development of the times, mental work is gradually increasing, and mental work is mostly spent in sitting posture. The topic of making people both physically and mentally happy and able to maintain good health in the process of “sitting” is bound to become the intersection of people’s attention. Through the analysis of the cases of traditional healthpreserving furniture and modern office furniture, combined with ergonomics, health-preserving theory and health-preserving furniture structure and other related theories, this paper sums up the principles, ideas and methods of office health-preserving furniture.
