头电针疗法联合带针平衡功能训练治疗脑卒中后平衡功能障碍的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨头电针疗法联合带针平衡功能训练治疗脑卒中后平衡功能障碍的临床效果。方法:选取2020年3月1日-2021年5月1日阳春市人民医院收治的60例卒中后平衡功能障碍患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(30例)与对照组(30例),两组患者入院后均进行常规内科治疗,对照组在内科治疗基础上增加平衡功能训练;观察组在对照组基础上增加头电针疗法联合带针平衡功能训练。对比两组患者不同治疗方式后的中医症候疗效、平衡功能改善情况及生活能力改善情况。结果:观察组中医症候总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分为(50.24±3.27)分,Fugl-Meyer肢体功能评定量表(FMB)评分为(10.36±2.25)分,均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组各项Barthel指数评定量表(BI)评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用头电针疗法联合带针平衡功能训练对卒中后平衡功能障碍患者进行治疗,能够提高中医症候疗效,改善患者平衡功能,提升患者生活能力,对促进患者恢复具有重要意义,值得应用。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of scalp electroacupuncture combined with needle balance function training in the treatment of balance dysfunction after stroke.Method:A total of 60 patients with post-stroke balance dysfunction treated in Yangchun People’s Hospital from March 1,2020 to May 1,2021 were randomly divided into the observation group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases).Both groups received routine medical treatment after admission,and the control group added balance function training on the basis of medical treatment.On the basis of the control group,the observation group added scalp electroacupuncture combined with needle balance function training.The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome,the improvement of balance function and the improvement of living ability were compared between the two groups.Result:The total curative effect rate of TCM syndrome in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Berg balance scale(BBS)and Fugl-Meyer limb function rating scale(FMB)in the observation group were(50.24±3.27),(10.36±2.25)points,which were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Barthel index rating scale(BI)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using scalp electroacupuncture combined with needle balance function training to treat patients with balance dysfunction after stroke can improve the curative effect of TCM syndrome,improve patients’balance function and improve patients’living ability.It is of great significance to promote patients’recovery and is worthy of application.
