摘　　要："体阴用阳"作为中医基础概念,常用于描述肝的功能特性,目亦具备"体阴用阳"的功能特点。中医学将视神经称为"目系",目系疾病作为眼科常见病,常笼统包括在内障疾病中,多未单独立论。从说文解字的角度分析"体""用"的概念及其在目系疾病中的意义,对"目体阴用阳"进行充分解读,明确其内在含义,以期能为目系疾病提供较为规范的论治思路。As the basic concept of traditional Chinese medicine,“body yin uses yang” is often used to describe the functional characteristics of the liver.The eye also has the functional characteristics of “body yin uses yang”.Traditional Chinese medicine refers to the optic nerve as the “eye system”.As a common ophthalmological disease,the eye disease is often included in the cataract disease in general.It is not a stand-alone theory.To analyze the concept of “body” and “use” from the perspective of Shuowen Jiezi and their meaning in the “body yin uses yang”.“Yin in the body and yang” is fully interpreted to clarify its inner meaning,in the hope that it can provide a more standardized approach to the treatment of diseases of the target system.
