综合护理在颅内动脉瘤介入栓塞术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理在颅内动脉瘤介入栓塞术中的应用效果,为颅内动脉瘤患者的临床干预方案的制订提供帮助。方法以广东省江门市新会区人民医院2018年1月—2020年1月接受介入栓塞术治疗的50例颅内动脉瘤患者为研究对象,按照手术顺序分为研究组和对照组各25例,对照组实施常规护理,研究组在常规护理的基础上接受综合护理,比较两组患者的负性情绪、生活质量改善情况以及术后并发症发生率。结果干预前,两组患者SAS和SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组患者SAS和SDS评分为(18.55±2.47)和(20.76±2.35)分,均低于对照组的(26.58±2.46)和(27.87±2.52)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组患者生活质量各项目评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者并发症发生率为4.00%,低于对照组的28.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在颅内动脉瘤介入栓塞术中采用综合护理,能使患者的负性情绪得到有效缓解,患者的术后并发症发生情况明显减少,并提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in interventional embolization of intracranial aneurysms,and to provide help for the formulation of clinical intervention plan for patients with intracranial aneurysms. Methods Fifty patients with intracranial aneurysms treated by interventional embolization in Guangdong Province Jiangmen City Xinhui District People’s Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into study group and control group according to the operation sequence,with 25 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received comprehensive nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The negative emotion,the improvement of quality of life and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were(18.55±2.47)and(20.76±2.35)points,which were lower than(26.58±2.46)and(27.87±2.52) points of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). After the intervention,the scores of all items of quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was 4.00%,which was lower than 28.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing in interventional embolization of intracranial aneurysms could effectively alleviate the negative emotions of patients,significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and improve the quality of life of patients,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
