摘 要:中职学校德育教育承载着关怀学生生命健康和培养学生职业道德素养的双重使命,学生的个体生命理应是中职学校德育教育的核心关照点。然而,实践中德育教育目标未凸显对学生生命需要的关注,德育教育内容未体现对学生生命经验的重视,德育活动过程未突出对学生生命活动的组织,德育活动评价未关照学生生命整体价值,难以发挥中职学校德育教育价值。从生命关怀视角激发学生个体生命潜能,培养集体生命意志,树立中职生大国工匠精神,是发挥中职学校德育教育价值的重要路径。Moral education in secondary vocational schools bears the dual mission of caring for students’life and health and cultivating students’professional moral accomplishment.Students’individual life should be the core of moral education in secondary vocational schools.However,there are some real difficulties in reality,such as the moral education target do not highlights to the student life need attention,moral education contents do not reflect to the attention of the students’life experience,moral education activities do not highlight to the student life activities of the organization,moral education activity evaluation do not care for students’whole life value.Therefore,it is difficult to play the value of moral education in secondary vocational schools.From the perspective of life caring,it is an important way to give full play to the value of moral education in secondary vocational schools to stimulate the individual life potential of students,train the collective life will and establish the craftsman spirit of secondary vocational students.
