摘 要:基于叶片外物撞击监测识别试验的需要,设计搭建了一种高转速整体叶盘式风扇转子试验器,总结阐述了试验器总体设计方法、难点解决方法。采用流固耦合方法实现叶片气动结构的设计,阐述了整体叶盘结构设计方法,并对叶盘结构进行了强度校核。针对转轴线速度高带来的轴承润滑封严问题,采用喷射润滑方式以及篦齿封严结构,对滑油腔布局、进回油路径等关键点进行了设计阐述。为实时监测外物撞击过程转子健康状态,设计了滑油温度、转子振动、叶片动应力监测系统,调试试验表明:转子结构设计的合理性,以及设计方法的科学性,为相关转子试验器设计和试验系统设计提供了一定的借鉴。To meet the need of the impact detection and identification test,a fan blisk rotor tester was designed,and then the overall design method,solutions of design difficulties were summarized.Aerodynamic structure design of the blade was reached on fluid-solid coupling method.Design method of blisk structure was described with the strength checked.In order to solve the bearing lubrication and seal caused by high rotating speed,spray lubrication and labyrinth seal structure was satisfactorily meet the test.The key design points,such as the layout of lubrication oil cavity and the inlet and return path of oil was expounded.For real-time monitoring the rotor condition,condition monitor for foreign object impact test was designed including in lubrication oil temperature,rotor vibration and blade dynamic stress.Commissioning tests show that designs of rotor structure are rational with design method scientific.It provides certain references for related rotor tester and experimental system design.
