摘　　要：南京日本商工会议所是近代日本海外商工会议所集团中的特殊一员,其成立于沦陷时期的南京,被日本军政当局赋予"经济部队"的重要角色.该会议所不仅是代表南京日商整体利益的总商会,也是日本军政当局统治南京工商业、谋求建立殖民经济体系的重要组织.在1940-1943年期间,该会议所通过对南京工商业进行系统全面的调查,为当地日商提供较为准确的经济情报,服务于日本军政当局对中日商人的经济统制政策.从会议所的调研报告中不难发现南京工商业自1938年2月起逐步走向"复兴",遭受劫掠后南京社会出现的新气象,喻示着民族工商业顽强不息的底力与抗争精神.另一方面,南京工商业的"复兴"也寄托了日商寻求扩张的期待.日本商人在调研报告中的殖民思维,充分反映日本对沦陷区殖民统治"政军商一体"的本质.Founded in the Japanese-occupation period,the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Nanjing was special among such Japanese oversea organizations.It played the role of"economic troops"according to some Japanese military and political authorities.The chamber was not only a guild that represented the interests of Japanese businessmen in Nanjing,but also an important colonial institution for the Japanese military and political authorities to control Nanjing's economy.Between 1940 and 1943,the chamber provided Japanese businessmen in Nanjing with accurate economic information by a comprehensive survey of local industry and commerce.On the one hand,the survey showed that since February 1938,Nanjing’s economy gradually“revived”,which revealed the resilience of the city’s industry and commerce.On the other hand,the"revival"stimulated Japanese businessmen'expectations on economic expansion.The report well reflected that the Japanese colonization was a combination of politics,military and commerce.
