摘  要:传统方法在检测连续钢构桥墩梁刚性故障时,受到桥面粗糙度的影响,难以准确检测出刚性故障的位置。故本研究基于多传感融合技术设计了一种新的检测方法。首先,根据连续钢构桥墩梁横向力的平衡关系建立桥墩梁运动方程,并利用桥梁振型的正交性叠加桥墩梁在横向荷载下的响应。然后,计算桥墩梁刚性故障的振型差和曲率差,根据计算结果,在变换处理刚性故障信号的基础上,利用多传感融合算法测量超声波在连续钢构桥墩梁中的传输速度差,从而准确提取出刚性故障特征。实验结果表明:该方法受桥面粗糙度的影响较小,可以准确检测出连续钢构桥墩梁刚性故障的位置。Due to the influence of bridge surface roughness,it is difficult to accurately detect the rigid fault location of continuous steel pier girder by traditional methods.Therefore,this study designed a new detection method based on multi-sensor fusion technology.Firstly,the pier beam motion equation is established according to the balance relation of transverse force of continuous steel pier beam,and the response of pier beam under transverse load is superimposed by orthogonality of bridge beam modes.Then,the mode difference and curvature difference of rigid fault of pier beam are calculated.According to the calculation results,on the basis of transforming the rigid fault signal,the multi-sensor fusion algorithm is used to measure the transmission speed difference of ultrasonic wave in continuous steel pier beam,so as to accurately extract the characteristics of rigid fault.Experimental results show that this method is less affected by the roughness of the bridge deck,and can accurately detect the rigid fault location of continuous steel pier beam.
