摘  要:为了保证惯性测量组合的工作精度和长期工作稳定性,利用有限元分析软件,通过线性简化橡胶隔振环节,建立了惯性测量组合的有限元模型,对惯性测量组合结构进行了模态分析,根据实际工作振动频谱进行了随机振动仿真分析,得到了惯性测量组合的实际工作状态下振动响应应力谱和最大等效应力值。仿真分析结果验证了惯性测量组合结构设计及减振效果的合理性,为电路板及电子元器件进行应力损伤分析和故障预计提供了可信的环境应力状态,验证了本结构设计可以保证惯性测量组合的长期工作稳定性。同时为后续开展同类产品的结构振动仿真分析提供了理论依据和实现方法。In order to ensure the working accuracy and long-term working reliability of the intertial measurement unit, the finite element analysis software is used in this paper to simplify the rubber vibration isolation link through line type, to establish the finite element model of the inertial measurement unit,to carry out modal analysis on the inertial measurement unit structure, to obtain the vibration response stress spectrum and the maximum equivalent stress value of the inertial measurement unit under the real flight working state, and the simulation analysis results verify the rationality of the structural design and damping effect of the intertial measurement unit.It provides credible environmental stress state for stress damage analysis and failure prediction of inertial measurement unit electronic components and verifies that the structural design can ensure the long-term working stability of inertial measurement unit.At the same time, it provides theoretical basis and implementation method for the subsequent simulation analysis of strctural vibration characteristics of similar products.
