摘  要:建筑施工电气传动机械产生的谐振,与接地电压之间具有较高相似性,在外界因素影响下判断谐振类别时容易出错,导致谐振自动控制不稳定,结合PLC技术抗干扰能力强的特点,研究建筑施工电气传动机械谐振自动控制方法。设计自抗扰控制器,利用PLC技术组成跟踪、反馈、观测模块,抑制外界扰动因素;根据电压定律计算中性点偏移电压,判断电气传动机械谐振;建立机械谐振动力学方程,通过改变位移时滞r;和速度时滞r_(i),自动控制电气传动机械谐振。实验采用Floquet稳定性理论判断谐振控制稳定性。结果显示:设定r;=0.005,当r;≤60时,F矩阵最大特征值的模小于等于1,谐振自动控制稳定;设定r;=60,当r;≤0.01时,F矩阵最大特征值的模小于等于1,谐振自动控制同样稳定。The resonance generated by building construction electrical transmission machinery has high similarity with the grounding voltage. It is easy to make mistakes when judging the resonance category under the influence of external factors, resulting in unstable automatic resonance control. Combined with the strong anti-interference ability of PLC technology, the automatic resonance control method of building construction electrical transmission machinery is studied. The auto disturbance rejection controller is designed, and the tracking, feedback and observation modules are composed by PLC technology to suppress external disturbance factors;Calculate the neutral point offset voltage according to the voltage law to judge the mechanical resonance of electrical transmission;The dynamic equation of mechanical resonance is established, and the mechanical resonance of electric drive is automatically controlled by changing the displacement delay r;and speed delay r;. Floquet stability theory is used to judge the stability of resonance control. The results show that when r;=0.005 and r;≤60, the modulus of the maximum eigenvalue of F matrix is less than or equal to 1, and the automatic resonance control is stable;Set r;=60, when r;≤0.01, the modulus of the maximum eigenvalue of F matrix is less than or equal to 1, and the automatic resonance control is also stable.
