摘 要:在产科护理用导尿器传统的设计方法中,光学信号转换为有用电信号的过程复杂;当输出信号过多时,直接导致其功耗倍增,为此提出基于二极管电路的产科护理用导尿器优化设计。首先,在考虑导尿器性能指标基础上,选择FET输入型运算放大器、引入相位补偿;其次,为改善导尿器的噪声性能,复合二极管内前置放大电路的噪声增益,提高信噪比,进而通过分析雪崩电流,设置检测延迟的关键参数,最终实现导尿器的优化设计。根据实验结果的对比可知,在脉宽数据均为5 ns时,基于二极管电路的产科护理用导尿器优化设计功耗最小,仅为142.7 W。In the traditional design method of urinary catheters for obstetric nursing, the process of converting optical signals into useful electrical signals is complex;When the output signal is too much, its power consumption will be doubled directly. Therefore, an optimal design of obstetric nursing catheterization based on diode circuit is proposed. Firstly, the FET input operational amplifier is selected and the phase compensation is introduced based on the performance of the catheterizer;Secondly, in order to improve the noise performance of the urethral catheterization device, the noise gain of the preamplifier circuit in the composite diode is used to improve the signal-to-noise ratio, and then the key parameters of the detection delay are set by analyzing the avalanche current, and finally the optimal design of the urethral catheterization device is realized. According to the comparison of the experimental results, when the pulse width data is 5 ns, the optimal design of obstetric nursing catheterization based on diode circuit has the lowest power consumption, which is only^(142.7).
