摘　　要：目的:评价改良Glasgow评分(modified Glasgow prognostic score,mGPS)联合其他临床资料评估宫颈癌(cervical cancer,CC)术后患者预后的临床价值。方法:回顾性分析200例宫颈癌术后患者数据,计算mGPS,将mGPS及其他临床数据纳入COX回归模型分析可能的预后因素并构建列线图。结果:宫颈癌术后患者五年生存率和无进展生存期随mGPS的增加而降低;mGPS、诊断年龄、病理类型、组织学分级、T分期、N分期、淋巴结清扫数量、肿瘤直径大小是影响宫颈癌术后患者总生存期的独立危险因素,纳入上述危险因素绘制列线图,列线图预测总生存期的ROC曲线下面积(area under curve,AUC)为0.722。结论:mGPS是预测宫颈癌术后患者预后的独立指标,联合mGPS和其他危险因素的列线图模型预测宫颈癌术后患者预后,对宫颈癌治疗策略的选择具有一定的指导意义。Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of the modified Glasgow score combined with other clinical information to evaluate the prognosis of patients after cervical cancer surgery.Methods:Retrospectively analyze the data of 200 patients with cervical cancer after surgery,calculate mGPS,incorporate mGPS and other clinical data into the COX regression model to analyze prognostic factors and construct a nomogram.Results:The five-year survival rate and progression-free survival of patients with cervical cancer after surgery decrease with the increase of mGPS.mGPS,age at diagnosis,pathological type,histological grade,T stage,N stage,number of lymph node dissections and tumor diameter could affect cervical cancer.The independent risk factors for the overall survival of patients after surgery were included in the above risk factors to draw a nomogram.The area under curve(AUC)of the nomogram to predict overall survival was 0.722.Conclusion:mGPS is an independent indicator to predict the prognosis of patients with cervical cancer.The nomogram model combined with mGPS and other risk factors predicts the prognosis of patients with cervical cancer,which has certain guiding significance for the selection of treatment strategies for cervical cancer patients.
