摘　　要：目的探究利培酮片联合阿立哌唑口崩片治疗精神分裂症的疗效及对患者血清指标和糖脂代谢的影响。方法选取2019年12月至2020年12月本院收治的90例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,随机分为单一组与联合组,每组45例。单一组采用阿立哌唑口崩片治疗,联合组在单一组基础上联合利培酮片治疗,比较两组临床疗效、阴性与阳性症状量表(PANSS)评分、血清指标、糖脂代谢指标。结果联合组治疗总有效率高于单一组(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组PANSS评分、血清催乳素水平均低于单一组(P<0.05)。联合组FPG、TG、TC、LDL-C水平均低于单一组,HDL-C水平高于单一组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利培酮片联合阿立哌唑口崩片治疗精神分裂症效果显著,可明显改善症状,合理调节糖脂代谢状态,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the efficacy of risperidone tablets combined with aripiprazole orally disintegrating tablets in the treatment of schizophrenia and its effect on serum indexes and glucose and lipid metabolism in patients.Methods 90 patients with schizophrenia who were ad-mitted to our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects and they were randomly divided into single group and combined group,with 45 cases in each group.The single group was treated with aripiprazole orally disintegrating tablets,and the combined group was treated with risperidone tablets on the basis of the single group,the clinical efficacy,PANSS score,serum indexes,and glucose and lipid metabolism indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the single group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PANSS score,the serum prolactin level of the combined group were lower than that of the single group(P<0.05).The levels of FPG,TG,TC and LDL-C in the combined group were lower than those of the single group,and the level of HDL-C was higher than that of the single group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Risperidone tablets combined with aripiprazole orally disintegrating tablets have significant effect in the treatment of schizophrenia,can significantly improve symptoms,and reasonably regulate glucose and lipid metabolism,which is worthy of clinical application.
