摘　　要：目的:探讨β-TubulinⅢ、MGMT在女性乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:收集我院女性乳腺浸润性导管癌组织标本191例,采用免疫组织化学法检测β-TubulinⅢ、MGMT在乳腺癌组织中的表达情况。乳腺癌分子分型采用免疫组化及FISH检测确定。结果:女性乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中β-TubulinⅢ的阳性表达率为72.3%(138/191),与乳腺癌组织学分级、脉管侵犯及分子分型相关,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MGMT的阳性表达率为74.3%(142/191),与乳腺癌组织学分级和分子分型相关,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。β-TubulinⅢ、MGMT共同阳性表达与乳腺癌组织学分级及分子分型具有相关性(P<0.05)。Spearman相关分析显示β-TubulinⅢ和MGMT两者在女性乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中表达呈正相关(r=0.252)。结论:β-TubulinⅢ和MGMT与乳腺癌的发生具有一定的相关性。Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance ofβ-TubulinⅢ,MGMT in invasive ductal carcinoma of female breast.Methods:191 specimens of invasive ductal carcinoma of breast were collected from our hospital,and the expression ofβ-TubulinⅢ,MGMT in breast cancer was detected by immunohistochemistry.Molecular typing of breast cancer was determined by immunohistochemistry and FISH detection.Results:The positive expression rate ofβ-TubulinⅢin breast invasive ductal carcinoma was 72.3%(138/191)which was associated withthe histological grade,lympholymphovascular invasion and molecular subtypes,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The high expression rate of MGMT in breast invasive ductal carcinoma was 74.3%(142/191)which was associated with the histological grade and molecular subtypes,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Co-high-expression ofβ-TubulinⅢand MGMT was associated with histological grade and molecular subtypes(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that the expression ofβ-TubulinⅢand MGMT in the female breast invasive ductal carcinoma group was positively correlated(r=0.252).Conclusion:β-TubulinⅢand MGMT are related to the occurrence of breast cancer.
