摘　　要：自新冠疫情爆发以来,各国加大了对自闭症儿童远程诊疗的研究和实践。本文对2010-2021年间国外自闭症谱系障碍儿童远程诊疗的研究案例作了梳理,从技术手段、诊疗对象、诊疗措施和治疗效果等几个方面进行实证分析,发现远程诊疗在提升患儿言语语言交流能力、日常生活技能、社交技能和行为管理能力方面都产生了实际疗效。此外,远程指导下的治疗结束后家长和患儿的压力和焦虑情绪得到极大缓解、家长满意度高且坚持训练项目的意愿较为强烈。最后,本文对自闭症儿童远程诊疗在我国的发展作了积极展望,以期为疫情下国内自闭症儿童的诊疗提供思路和启发。The use of telehealth as a tool for implementing assessment and intervention services for children with ASD has grown recently with the impacts of COVID-19 on in-person access to services. The current review investigated the related studies between 2010 and 2021, examined the equipment, receivers, methods and effectiveness of the telehealth practice for children with ASD. The finding suggested that services via telehealth were fairly good, and the telehealth treatment improved communication skills, daily living skills, social skills and behavior management skills for children with ASD. In addition, there was a high level of treatment fidelity in telehealth, and the stress and anxiety of children with ASD and parents were relieved after treatment, and the parents have high satisfaction and strong willingness to adhere to the training program. The practice provides ideas and inspiration for the assessment and intervention of children with ASD in China during the pandemic and in the post-pandemic period.
