大学生槟榔嚼食行为及与冲动性、自我控制的关系

摘　　要：目的调查部分南方地区三所学校大学生槟榔嚼食状况,分析槟榔嚼食行为与冲动性、自我控制的关系。方法随机抽取湖南和贵州三所高校1383名在校大学生,采用槟榔依赖量表、冲动行为量表、自我控制双系统量表、执行功能量表进行问卷调查。结果所调查学校大学生总体槟榔嚼食率为8.5%,在嚼食槟榔者中,槟榔成瘾率为19.7%。男生槟榔嚼食率高于女生(P<0.001);嚼食槟榔组在消极紧迫感、感觉寻求、抑制上的得分高于不嚼食槟榔组(P<0.05);槟榔成瘾者在缺乏耐性、积极紧迫感、冲动性、易分心、抑制、意向性、言行不一致、思想与行为障碍、社交行为调节上的得分高于非槟榔成瘾者(P<0.05);消极紧迫感、抑制等特质能正向预测大学生槟榔嚼食行为。结论大学生嚼食槟榔行为与冲动性及自我控制存在密切关系。Objective To investigate the areca quid chewing status of college students,and to explore the relationship between areca quid chewing behavior and impulsivity and self-control.Methods The Betel Quid Dependence Scale,Impulsive Behavior Scale,Self-Control Dual System Scale,Dysexecutive Questionnaire were used to text 1383 college students who were randomly selected from three universities of Hunan and Guizhou Province.Results The overall rate of areca quid chewing among the college students was 8.5%,and among the college students who chewed areca quid,the rate of areca quid addiction was 19.7%.Males′areca quid addiction scores and areca quid chewing rates were higher than those of females(P<0.001);the chewing areca quid group had higher scores on negative urgency,sensation seeking and inhibition than the non-chewing areca quid group(P<0.05);among the college students who chewed areca quid,the areca quid addicts had higher scores on lack of patience,positive urgency,impulsivity,distraction,inhibition,intentionality,inconsistency of speech and behavior,thought and behavior disorder and social behavior adjustment than non-areca quid addicts(P<0.05);negative urgency and inhibition can positively predict areca quid chewing behavior on college students.Conclusion There is a close relationship between college students′areca quid chewing behavior and impulsivity and self-control.
