摘 要:目的探讨认知冲突理论在神经内科护理人员核心能力培养中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,2020年9月—2021年3月,选取山西医科大学第一医院神经内科的80名护理人员为研究对象。采用认知冲突相关理论构建新型管理及诊疗护理模式,比较新型管理及诊疗护理模式实施前后护理人员核心能力的变化情况。结果重复测量方差分析结果显示,随着新型管理及诊疗护理模式实施时间的延长,护理人员核心护理能力提高(P<0.05)。结论采用认知冲突相关理论构建新型管理及诊疗护理模式,有利于提升护理人员核心护理能力。Objective To explore the effect of cognitive conflict theory in the cultivation of core competence of nurses in the Department of Neurology.Methods From September 2020 to March 2021,convenience sampling was used to select 80 nurses from the Department of Neurology of the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University as the research object.Cognitive conflict theory was used to construct a new management,diagnosis and treatment nursing model.The core competencies of nurses were compared before and after the implementation of the new management,diagnosis and treatment nursing model.Results The repeated measures analysis of variance showed that with the extension of the implementation time of the new management,diagnosis and treatment nursing mode,the core nursing competency of nurses improved,and the difference was statistical(P<0.05).Conclusions The new management,diagnosis and nursing model based on cognitive conflict theory is conducive to improving the core nursing competency of nurses.
