The Influence of "Career Planning" Course Online Learning Behavior on Learning Effects——Based on a Survey of 780 Undergraduates in J University

摘  要:为明确"职业生涯规划"课程线上教学的有效性,将线上学习行为划分为浅层行为和深层行为两个维度,学习效果划分为反应层、学习层、行为层和结果层四个维度,对参加该课程学习的780名大一本科生进行问卷调查,并运用SPSS21.0对调查数据进行统计分析。研究结果表明,学生的浅层学习行为表现优于深层学习行为;学习效果的反应层、学习层、行为层呈现递减趋势,学习课程之后目标设定情况发生积极变化;学习行为与学习效果显著正相关,视频完成率、视频学习专心度、拖拽情况、重复学习情况等学习行为显著正向影响学习效果。针对调查结论提出提升职业生涯规划课程学习效果的建议,包括强化线上课程的过程监控、开展线上线下混合教学、引导学生开展职业生涯规划实践等。A questionnaire survey was conducted among 780 first-year undergraduates who participated in the online course of "career planning" to clarify the learning effects and the influence of online learning behavior on the learning effects.Learning behavior includes shallow level and deep level.Learning effects are divided into reaction level,learning level,behavior level,and result level.The analyze results using SPSS21.0 show that the shallow level behavior is better than the deep level behavior.The goal setting has changed positively after learning the course.Learning behaviors such as completion rate,learning concentration,video dragging,and repetitive learning can significantly positively affect learning effects.Suggestions are proposed to improve the learning effect of career planning such as strengthening the process monitoring of online courses,conducting blended learning,and guiding students to carry out career planning practice.
