摘　　要：目的应用中医三联疗法+ERAS后,对直肠癌手术患者的并发症发生情况进行评价分析.方法选择2020年3月-2021年4月期间常德市第一中医医院收治的结直肠癌患者(n=60例)作为本次探究对象,依据随机数字表法将入选患者归为观察组及对照组.两组患者实施手术治疗,对照组(30例)行ERAS干预,观察组(30例)行ERAS+中医三联疗法治疗.治疗后,对两组的并发症发生情况进行评价.结果与对照组相较,观察组并发症总发生率更少,两组数据检验相较,存在统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对结直肠癌患者实施中医三联疗法+ERAS可有效减少并发症,安全有效.Objective After the application of TCM triple therapy+ERAS,the occurrence of complications in patients with rectal cancer surgery was evaluated and analyzed.Methods Colorectal cancer(n=60 cases)admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to April 2021 was selected as the subjects of this inquiry,and the selected patients were classified as observation and control groups according to the random digital table method.Two groups were treated with surgical treatment,ERAS intervention in control group(30)and observation group(30)with ERAS+TCM triple therapy.After treatment,complications were evaluated in both groups.ResuIts The total incidence of complications was less observed compared with the control group,and the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of TCM triple therapy+ERAS in patients with colorectal cancer can effectively reduce complications,safe and effective.
