半夏泻心汤颗粒剂及饮片两种剂型在慢性胃炎治疗中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析半夏泻心汤颗粒剂及饮片两种剂型在慢性胃炎治疗中的应用价值.方法在2020年1月-2021年9月,选择南宁市武鸣区中医医院88例慢性胃炎患者进行研究,按照随机数字表法进行分组,对照组(n=44)给予半夏泻心汤中药饮片;观察组(n=44)另给予颗粒制剂.对比分析两组患者的疗效、证候积分、生活质量、不良反应发生率.结果治疗后,观察组疗效高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后观察组胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MOT)高于对照组,生长抑素(SS)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组患者均未出现不良反应.结论与半夏泻心汤中药饮片相比,采用颗粒制剂对慢性胃炎患者疗效更高,同时可更好地改善患者的临床症状及胃肠功能,改善其生活水平,二者安全性均较高.Objective To analyze the application value of Banxia Xiexin Decoction granules and decoction pieces in the treatment of chronic gastritis.Methods From January 2020 to September 2021,88 patients with chronic gastritis in Wuming District traditional Chinese medicine hospital were selected for study.They were divided into groups according to the random number table method.The control group(n=44)was given Banxia Xiexin Decoction;the observation group(n=44)was given granule preparation.The curative effect,symptom score,quality of life and incidence of adverse reactions in the analysis group were compared.Resu I ts After treatment,the curative effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,gastrin(GAS)and motilin(MOT)in the observation group.The level of somatostatin(SS)was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion Compared with traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces of Banxia Xiexin Decoction,granule preparation has higher curative effect on patients with chronic gastritis.At the same time,it can better improve patients'clinical symptoms and gastrointestinal function,improve their living standards,and both are safe.
