摘  要:以北京大学八年制临床医学生为研究对象,采用访谈和自制问卷进行调查,采用秩和检验进行数据分析。学生对临床思政课评价较高,见习生评价均高于实习生。打造高素质临床思政教师队伍,通过自身故事增强亲和力和针对性的思政课,受到学生普遍认可,特别是在临床初始阶段开设效果显著。The study took eight-year clinical medical students of Peking University as the research object.interviews and self-made questionnaires were used for the survey,and rank sum test was used for data analysis.Students have a higher evaluation of clinical ideological and political courses,and the clinical trainees have higher evaluations than interns.Building a high-quality clinical ideological and political teaching team and enhancing affinity and targeted ideological and political lessons through their own stories are generally recognized by students,especially in the initial clinical stage.
