摘　　要：临床科研设计是一门面向临床医学硕士研究生,提高学生科研素养的主要课程。传统教学以课堂灌输式为主,缺乏讨论环节,教学效果较差。研究采用以学生为中心、以问题为基础的理论教学,结合临床案例讨论的教学模式,并进行效果评价。问卷调查结果显示:教学改革提高了学生积极性,学生认为这门课程对自己的科研能力有帮助,教学质量明显改善。Clinical Research Design is one of the main causes for graduate students,aiming to improve their scientific literacy.Traditional teaching mode for this course has some limitations,including:lectured by teachers,lack of practice and discussion section.In this study,we used student-centered,question-based clinical case discussion.Results from a questionnaire survey indicated that learning initiatives for graduate students were inspired,and they believe that this course is very helpful for their clinical researches.
