摘　　要：地方高校加强"双师型"教师团队建设是高等教育高质量发展的要求,是产业人才培养的需求,是地方高校转型发展的推动,有助于教师形成良好的职业信仰、教师合作交流、发挥团体功能、发挥产教融合作用。针对地方高校"双师型"教师团队建设存在观念比较淡薄、参与动力不足、结构有待优化、政策有待完善、企业参与不足等问题,提出地方高校"双师型"教师团队建设的对策:完善保障机制、优化团队结构、强化能力建设、促进双向流动、加强督导评价。Strengthening the construction of“dual-qualified”teacher teams in local colleges and universities is a requirement for high-quality development of higher education,a demand for industrial talent training,and a driving force for the transformation and development of local colleges and universities,which is helpful to give full play to the function of groups and to play the role of integration of production and education.Aiming at the problems of weak concept,lack of participation motivation,structure to be optimized,policies to be improved,and insufficient participation of enterprises in the construction of“dual-qualified”teacher teams in local colleges and universities,this paper puts forward the countermeasures for the construction of“dual-qualified”teacher teams in local colleges and universities:perfect guarantee mechanism,optimize team structure,strengthen capacity building,promote two-way flow,and strengthen supervision and evaluation.
