摘　　要：全面推进乡村振兴,加快农业农村现代化,需要加强新型职业农民培育。在有关政策推动下,国家层面和地方层面都对新型职业农民培育开展了一些探索,取得一定成效,但仍存在政策精准度不够、农民积极性不高、培育主体未形成合力、培育机制不健全、监管考核不明晰、财政投入不足等问题,据此提出提高政策的精准性、激发农民参与积极性、强化培育主体协同、完善培育制度、加大经费投入力度等对策建议。To comprehensively promote rural revitalization and accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of new types of professional farmers.Under the promotion of relevant policies,both the national and local levels have carried out some explorations on the cultivation of new-type professional farmers,and achieved certain results.However,there are still insufficient policy accuracy,low enthusiasm of farmers,lack of synergy between cultivation subjects,and imperfect cultivation mechanisms.Based on the problems of unclear supervision and assessment and insufficient financial investment,we put forward countermeasures and suggestions such as improving the accuracy of policies,stimulating farmers’enthusiasm for participation,strengthening the coordination of cultivation subjects,improving the cultivation system,and increasing financial investment.
