摘  要:精子形成过程中存在经典的“转录-翻译解偶联”现象。精子变形过程中将大量RNA贮存在核糖体颗粒蛋白RNPs和多聚核糖体中,以便在特定发育阶段被激活翻译。近年来的研究表明,获能反应以及冷冻、性别筛选、外源添加剂孵育等体外操作均会改变成熟精子的蛋白质组,线粒体作为精子获能过程中部分蛋白翻译的场所,具有重要作用。本文围绕成熟精子潜在的翻译模板和翻译场所,并结合特定状态下精子转录组和蛋白质组变化,探讨成熟精子中转录和翻译的可能性,以期为重塑成熟精子的RNA和蛋白质提供依据。As we all know,there is a classic“transcription-translation uncoupling”phenomenon in the process of sperm formation.During sperm deformation,a large amount of RNA is stored in ribonucleoprotein complexes RNPs and polyribosomes so as to be activated for translation at specific developmental stages.Recent studies have shown that in vitro operations such as capacitation,freezing,gender selection,and incubation with exogenous additives will change the proteome of mature sperm.Mitochondria play an important role as the site of partial protein translation during sperm capacitation.This article focuses on the potential translation template and translation site of mature sperm,and combines the changes of sperm transcriptome and proteome under specific conditions to explore the possibility of transcription and translation in mature sperm,in order to provide a basis for reshaping the RNA and protein of mature sperm.
